Plot Summary of DC First: Superman/Lobo
The galactic Hegmony came to earth and assumed it is under superman's "ownership". They offered superman a place on the council rewoards so great that "the benefit's package worth twice as much as all the minerals on the planet".
After refusing the offer, they hire Lobo to change his mind...
