Doc Savage (1987) Comic

August 1945, everyone is celebrating the end of World War II. Doc Savage's men are trying to meet-up with him. However, they are unaware of a German hit-squad following them. They wait an hour for Savage to arrive. Savage arrives. The Germans are defeated. Doc apprehends the waiter who gave the Germans access through the side door.<br/>Back at Doc's office, Savage informs his men of the information he received from the waiter. Savage's wife, F'Tenna, arrives at the office. Doc realizes that Wessel has made a connection to F'teena's home and Savage. Savage and his men fly back to Central America to find Wessel. Savage reveals F'teena is pregnant.<br/>The men parachute into the valley. They discover the villagers have been massacred by Nazis. Savage finds Chief Botono, F’teena’s father, amongst the dead. Later, the group locates a Nazi patrol in the jungle. Savage finds Wessel. The two men scuffle. Wessel uses a machine to apparently disintegrate Savage.
