Plot Summary of Tangent Comics/ Sea Devils
After the atomic destruction that vaporized Florida, schools of undersea creatures were being transformed into a new race of beings: the Sea Devils. These new creatures fight to keep a safe distance from the intolerant human race--except for the rebel named Redfin!
