After-school clubs and youth organizations thrive and are open to all! Any child can join to explore these extraordinary topics. The one-shot focuses on three pre-teen members - Carlos, Scott, and Tamara, members of the Ninja Scouts. They're like the Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts, but ninjas!
