Ultimate Extinction, by Warren Ellis and Brandon Peterson, was the final chapter in the Ultimate Galactus Trilogy. Like previous chapters of the trilogy, it adopted its own storytelling tone., which was much like a science fiction disaster movie with Gah Lak Tus as the impending global disaster.<br/>This limited series featured the debuts of the Ultimate versions of Misty Knight, Silver Surfer, Moondragon and finally Galactus.
